Profound Touch
An Evening of Touching With Intention and Impact
To touch a body can be a powerful conversation, a delicious, rich and decadent meal that nourishes both sides. As a giver, do you want your receiver's body quivering or deeply relaxed? As a receiver, do you know how to surrender and fully receive? Do you know how to ask for what may induce your surrender? This sensual evening for solos and couples is an opportunity to drop into deep connection and pleasure and to learn skills for creating the touch experiences you desire. Learn to attune energetically and touch the nervous system, as well as the physical body.

Igniting the Fire Within
A 5-Day Women's Embodiment & Self-Empowerment Retreat
In collaboration with Centered.one, Ilana and Annette are thrilled to create Igniting the Fire Within. This 5-day residential retreat in Weert, Netherlands will use the full range of skills from four seasoned therapists, midwives, shamans, body and energy workers, and the heart-opening power of psilocybin. We will experience fire transmutation exercises, processes to descend into our own internal landscape, find the dance that comes from the depths and embody our unformulated expression.
